President Maduro: Long live the Day of Loyalty and Love to Chávez and the Fatherland!

The president of
the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, ratified Commander Hugo Chávez's
loyalty on Monday, 13 years after his last proclamation, on December 8, 2012.
“Today, #8Dic,
we are once again experiencing a difficult time and feeling greater pain in our souls.
That evening, when Commander Chávez released his last proclamation, which
still moves and guides us,” said the head of state through his Telegram channel.
He recalled that the
Supreme Leader of the Bolivarian Revolution, in his speech, “spoke to the decades
and centuries to come, and did not hesitate for a second the conviction of his dreams and his historical project.
We swear absolute loyalty. We haven't
failed you and we will never fail you!” , emphasized
The Dignitary
highlighted the trust that Commander Chávez had in the People. “And
we have done so over the years, placing our very existence in the
capacity of the 'Warrior Mayor': the People of Venezuela. We have fought great
battles against conspiracies, sanctions, blockades and imperial aggressions,” he stressed.
“Thirteen years after
that day, ordinary men and women, feel proud and proud,
because the Bolivarian Revolution is alive, victorious and riding the times of the 21st century.
Long live the Day of Loyalty and Love to Chávez and the Fatherland!” , the
President concluded his message.
