President Nicolás Maduro: Blessed be Venezuela in Prayer, Reflection and Action

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, transmitted this Sunday, July 26, a message of gratitude and spirituality through his social networks, addressed to all Venezuelans and followers in the world who, with love and perseverance, accompany their fight for the Fatherland.

The Head of State emphasized that the strength of the revolutionary process comes from the people and from collective faith, recognizing in every testimony and prayer a fundamental pillar for facing adversity and keeping firm on the path of national transformation.

“Blessed be our Venezuela in Prayer, Reflection and Action. Venezuela is reborn every day; and we, Cilia and I, are reborn with you. Almighty God is with us. God will provide. A big hug!” , he said.

He called for prayer, reflection and action, inspired by the Beatitudes taught by Christ Jesus, as a spiritual guide to achieve justice, peace and mercy.

Our greetings and thanks to those who, in a loving and persevering way, in Venezuela, here and in the world, accompany us in our struggle. Our strength comes from you!

Full of gratitude and emotion, Cilia and I send our greetings to those who, in a loving and persevering way, in Venezuela, here and in the world, accompany us in our struggle. So far their faces, their testimonies and their prayers reach us, full of authentic strength for their truth and purity.

Our strength comes from you; from your strength. Our life is his life. You know our soul, because it comes from the soul of our deep Homeland. For this reason, let us make Christ Jesus present in our prayer this Sunday, July 26, when he taught us the Beatitudes:

“Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven. Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth. Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for justice, for they will be satisfied. Blessed are the merciful, for they will receive mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God. Blessed are those who work for peace, for they will be called children of God. Blessed are those persecuted for the sake of justice, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven” (Mt 5:3-10).
