President Nicolás Maduro oversaw Communications Command and Control exercises across the country

“We will come out stronger and more powerful no matter what Yankee imperialism and its lackeys do,” said the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, during his program With Maduro+, where he reviewed the Communications Command and Control Exercise that took place throughout the country as part of the preparations for the comprehensive defense of the Homeland against the aggressions of the United States (US) government.
The head of state specified that with these actions, the organization and strengthening of an integral force for the defense of the sovereignty, independence and peace of Venezuela through prolonged active resistance is being woven into practice.
“We must have conviction and certainty that we are doing the right thing for the Homeland and we are gaining respect for our sovereignty, peace and life,” he said, while stressing the admiration that the response given by the Venezuelan people to the threats of imperialism has aroused in the world.
“In practice, we have demonstrated that our doctrine is the most relevant and correct, and it is the most advanced in this continent, this is not imported, this is Made in Venezuela, it is ours, it is from ancient military practice,” he emphasized.
In this regard, he stressed the importance of continuing to strengthen the organization and defense structure throughout the national territory.
“Let's continue working to complete the entire organizational structure, the entire command structure, the entire organizational structure that ensures that we continue to win peace; our goal is to win peace and that's what we prepare for,” he insisted.
“We have been training for about eight weeks; we have done seven exercises. You called the People of Venezuela for a first search and control, and the next week we continued with that registration and control and that was impressive. Then we did the Independence 200 exercise (...) and now this Communications Command and Control exercise,” he said.
In addition, the head of the Strategic Operations Command of the FANB (CEOFANB), G/J Domingo Hernández Lárez, highlighted the deployment of Operation Independence 200 “Luisa Cáceres de Arismendi”, in the states of Nueva Esparta, and other island areas.
“In Venezuela, all military power is deployed exercising sovereignty and
winning peace,” said the head of state.
