The president of the
Municipal Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents (CMDNNA) of the Libertador
municipality, Yris Valera, denied that in the
facilities of the Alí Primera Park (Parque del Oeste) there are children without protection.
“In this park where
all the children are responsible and there is not a child who is alone; the rumors that come out on the networks that the children are not
kidnapped are
totally false,” he said.
In addition, he explained that the
Bolivarian Government, through the corresponding bodies, guarantees comprehensive
care for children and adolescents “from the very moment,
the same day they enter this park.”
In this regard, he indicated that
comprehensive care includes food, psychological, psychiatric,
psychopedagogical, cultural and recreational care; aimed at all children who
are in the area.
Finally, he explained that
a team, made up of defenders and counselors, is deployed in different
hospitals to provide the necessary protective measures
for each case.
