Program for Peace and Democratic Coexistence recommends measures to strengthen communication pluralism

The Program for Peace and Democratic Coexistence released a statement addressed to the Presidency of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, in which it makes recommendations to promote an environment of greater transparency, pluralism and free expression in the country.

Through its social networks, it points out that among the proposed measures, the proposal to eliminate restrictions on media domains and consolidate a climate of respect and exchange between all communication sectors stands out.

The document states that, after a process of consultation with national, public, private, alternative and influential media, it is recommended that the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, promote actions that promote free expression within the framework of respect and responsibility.

The recommendations include the creation of an environment of diversity and communication pluralism, as well as the promotion of a climate of encounter between Venezuelans, with the objective of strengthening democratic coexistence and guaranteeing the right to information.
