Brother! What we saw last night in the United States was not a simple electoral result. The polls spoke against Rubio, Hegseth and Miller, I would even say against Cash Patel, because these gentlemen who only lie to Trump, are leading him astray, to him and to the MAGA movement.

Virginia, New Jersey, the New York City Hall and California's Proposition 50 sent an unequivocal message: the country is saying “enough” of inflammatory rhetoric, of endless legal fights, of seeking conflict, when people voted for Trump because they wanted peace.

What happened last night is the high-definition photograph of what is to come, if Trump doesn't reaffirm his closest team and resume his campaign promises.

While evil advisors try to convince Trump that he must attack us, the shutdown of the federal government breaks historic records and there are no signs of an agreement between Democrats and Republicans. This is not partisan politics: it is a country that pays the consequences of a group of resentful people with a lot of ambition for power, who are trying to make Donald Trump's government fail.

The combination of the election results and the administrative collapse leaves a question in the air: how long will they be able to sustain what is coming? Trump is in time to understand that this peace with the war that Rubio offered him, that this mistreatment of migrants, is not the way he will make America Great Again.

THE DISASTER EXPANDS FURTHER

Goddess! The Little Marco, largely responsible for what happened last night, is still determined to fuel the crap with his warmongering rhetoric against Venezuela. I have told you several times: my friend El Catire is not naive, he knows perfectly well that Rubio is pushing him straight into the abyss.

Our friend Murphy, who is now in the White House, told me that Trump still doesn't know where to start, or even if he's really going to proceed with an attack on Venezuela. Inside the White House, the discussions seem like a show of excessive ambition. A crucial detail of the case: Trump recognizes that any action in Venezuela would be a monumental risk — military, legal and political — and there is no guarantee of success, nor that Venezuela will end up in the hands of a government “friendly” with the United States. In other words, they are not sure that they can ensure governance in the country.

To close the irony, even the most loyal supporters who accompany Catire have had to remind the president of the obvious: he was elected to end endless wars, not to start others that will only leave a trail of chaos, humiliation and strategic failure. Be that as it may, our people today more than ever, more united and more determined. Gringos and extremism know it: if they dare, they will regret it.

THE COLLAPSE OF SUPPORT FOR MILITARY OPERATIONS

My friend Furrialeño: Another piece of information that cannot go unnoticed is that the American public is not supporting military campaigns in the Caribbean, attacks on ships at sea, or maneuvers to bring about regime change in Venezuela, according to a recent YouGov survey.

It is striking that, in the last month, support among Republican voters for the presence of the Navy around Venezuela fell 10 percentage points, to 58%. Looking at the general adult population, 37% disapprove of deployment and only 30% approve of it — a decrease from 36% in September.

Overall, more Americans are opposed to any U.S. military action. UU. in Venezuela, and this can be seen in all the options consulted, even in the hypothesis of an intervention aimed at deposing Nicolás Maduro.

With regard to attacking ground targets, the survey also shows resistance: most prefer to avoid an escalation involving offensive ground operations because of the high human cost, the risk to the troops and the uncertainty about the political and humanitarian consequences that would follow.

In short: the climate of American public opinion does not support a military adventure in the region, which adds a significant political and moral barrier to any proposed intervention.

THE DELIVERY OF THE SAYO

But the spectacle was even sadder inside the stadium: a cold, scattered audience looking at the phone; and a presenter — the very mayor of Miami, Francis Suárez — begging applause like someone begging for tips. A pathetic scene, worthy of a bad political play.

And no, this was no accident: it was premeditated, carefully orchestrated. Behind the scenes, Machado is offering the country as a pledge, hoping that the favor of Washington's falcons will buy him the fantasy of overthrowing Maduro. His speech on the “simultaneous liberation” of Venezuela, Cuba and Nicaragua is not an inspiration, it is a booklet from the State Department, recycled and re-sold under the guise of catwalk patriotism.

The most shameful thing was his public thanks to “Little Marco” and the three eternal “worms” of the Cubans Crazy, the same people who have promoted policies that today have more than 600,000 Venezuelans on the verge of deportation. And yet, there she was, smiling, applauding and pledging allegiance.

Hypocrisy in its purest state: selling the homeland wrapped in cellophane and calling it “freedom”.
