The NGO USAR13, based in La Nucía, Spain, denied this Monday the hoaxes that have been spread about the alleged ban on entry into Venezuela to support rescue efforts following the recent earthquakes in the country.

“The Venezuelan authorities have not denied entry to our team,” said the organization in a statement through its social networks in the face of the circulation of false news in this regard.

USAR13 stressed that its mission “is 100% humanitarian, without political motivations, and has the permission of the Venezuelan Embassy in Spain,” and therefore urged the population to follow their official channels.
