Supreme Court extended special day for civil legal proceedings in Caracas

The Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ), through the Civil Rectory of the Judicial District of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas, reported on the extension of the special day of service to the general public, aimed at providing advice and facilitating procedures for various legal processes in civil matters in the capital city.

As published by the highest court on Instagram, the deployment of procedures will continue on Monday, September 14 and Tuesday, September 15, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The civil procedures that the Judiciary will handle are: Declaration of sole and universal heirs; Divorces by mutual agreement; Supplementary titles and Justification of witnesses. It will also have general legal advice in civil matters.

Those interested should go to the headquarters of the Supreme Court in Caracas, located at the end of Baralt Avenue, on the corner of Dos Pilitas (Libertador Forum), in the Libertador municipality.

The special day has the support of various State institutions, such as the Office of the Ombudsman, Public Defense, the Public Ministry (MP), the National Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents (IDENNA); and the Municipal Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents (CMDNNA).
