This Tuesday, June 30, the president of the Presidential Commission to Evaluate the Habitability of Housing and Infrastructure, Francisco Garcés, reported that in view of the recent seismic activity recorded in the country, the Bolivarian Government activated the QR Code to access the Register of Professional Volunteers.

On his Instagram account, he explained that “we are organizing emergency technical brigades. This form is aimed at engineers (civil, mechanical, geologists, and the like) and architects, construction technicians and final semester students of the above-mentioned careers, willing to collaborate in the rapid assessment of damage and habitability of buildings, homes and roads”.

“Your expertise is vital to avoid secondary collapses and provide peace of mind to affected families. Safety is a priority; the data provided here will be used exclusively for logistical coordination and call for induction of evaluation,” Garcés emphasized.
