Venezuela dismisses 130 rescuers from El Salvador who supported rescue efforts after a double earthquake

This Wednesday, 130 rescuers and six dogs that remained in Venezuela returned to El Salvador, providing support in the rescue of the victims and removing debris, after the double earthquake of last June 24.

The aircraft responsible for returning the Salvadoran contingent brought four tons of humanitarian assistance with medicines and medical supplies for the El Salvador Field Hospital, as well as health professionals, who will join in providing care to the victims.

From the outset, international aid has been present, through the delivery of medical supplies, water, non-perishable food and human capital.
