In this context, on behalf of the Venezuelan delegation, the executive director of The National System of Youth and Children's Orchestras and Choirs, Eduardo Méndez, said that “currently, we are working on a Plan for Massification of Arts and Cultures for Peace.”

He specified that this plan “aims to promote more effective education within our school system, encouraging a consolidated structure in the knowledge and knowledge of the population, and promoting the identity, creation and dissemination of art and human values.”

The Plan includes the entire Venezuelan school system and is based on the idea of comprehensive education, focused on the development of students from the cognitive to the emotional and social aspects.

In addition, it allows students to fully develop their abilities, inspiring them to explore their potential to the fullest, from art and with a wide knowledge of their culture.
