One month after
taking office as President in Charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela,
following the military attack carried out by the United States (USA), on
January 3, Delcy Rodríguez has consolidated the plans for the Bolivarian Revolution
under the leadership of President Nicolás Maduro, who was kidnapped together with his
wife, First Lady Cilia Flores, during the illegal incursion of the empire.
Before the newly
installed National Assembly (AN), last January, Rodríguez was sworn in as
president responsible for holding the reins of the revolutionary process, a challenge that she has firmly
carried out together with the People, without neglecting the struggle for the
liberation of the presidential couple, for which she created a High-Level Commission.
In addition, among
his first tasks accomplished, he also announced the creation of the
Agrifood General Staff to guarantee the country's food supply and sovereignty, and presented
the Admirable Challenge Plan 2026 to strengthen agro-industrial and fishing production.
To attract
investment and boost oil production, Rodríguez enacted the
partial reform of the Organic Hydrocarbons Law, approved by the Parliament after
consultation with workers and representatives of the sector.
Among other
achievements, he called for the Popular Consultation 2026 so that the people choose and finance
their own communal projects, continuing with the actions of President Maduro.
Rodríguez reported
GDP growth of 8.5% in 2025 and the historic achievement of achieving zero fuel
imports, and, in addition, he met the goal of exporting the
first gas molecule (LPG), calling it a historic milestone for the
Venezuelan hydrocarbon industry.
With the
installation of the First National Meeting of the Communal Economy, the People's new
economic model is advancing, while the government prioritizes the
industrial chain of communal productive processes.
Venezuela, in
this first month of office of the president in charge, consolidates its
Bolivarian Diplomacy of Peace by establishing diplomatic relations with the entire world.
On the other hand,
he installed the Program for Democratic Coexistence and Peace to consolidate social
harmony in Venezuela and proposed an Amnesty Law to promote
coexistence, with the exception of those responsible for serious crimes.
With the defense of
national sovereignty, loyalty and independence, the President in Charge
advances with the trust of the People to guarantee the peace of the country.
