Vice President Delcy Rodríguez: CEOFANB is the guarantor of Venezuela's security and defense

The Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, sent a message of congratulations to the Strategic Operational Command of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (CEOFANB), on its 20th Anniversary.

“Our congratulations and recognition to the men and women who, with their combative spirit, make up the Strategic Operational Command of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces. With the deepest conscience, collective cohesion and discipline, the CEOFANB is the guarantor of the security and defense of Venezuela. Our Homeland is sacred and we owe it to it in civic-military union,” Rodríguez wrote on his account on the social network Telegram.
