Visionary Chávez: Youth must take the vanguard of the Revolution

Eternal Commander Hugo Chávez insisted that youth must take the vanguard of the Bolivarian Revolution.

From San Cristóbal, Táchira state, on January 27, 2009, Chávez asserted that youth must take the vanguard of the Revolution, inject it with all their youthful passion, all their dream, all their capacity to love.

“The battle for Venezuela is a battle of love and it needs a lot of passion, a lot of love, a lot of hope, a lot of faith, a lot of feeling,” he said.

He also argued that the destiny of Venezuela is at stake, the destiny of the Fatherland, of children, of young people, who are the future of the Fatherland made present.

“We are joy, we are peace, we are life. We are undoubtedly the majority. If we compare our joyful and peaceful meetings with those of the opposition, they come with a bitter face, they reflect hatred and violence,” he added.
