Bank of Venezuela approved 1,682 housing loans under Plan Venezuela Renace

The Bank of Venezuela (BDV) approved 1,682 loans for housing restitution through the Venezuela Renace Plan, mainly in the state of La Guaira.

According to a communication from the financial institution replicated by the Venezuelan News Agency (AVN), people will be progressively notified through the BDVapp application and email, while the evaluation of the financial profiles of the censuses progresses.

The institution also recalled that documents must be entered digitally on its portal and on BDVonline. In this process, users must complete the form for the Venezuela Renace Special Social Credit Program and attach the proceeds.

The BDV specified that together with the Presidential Commission on Habitability, they evaluate each file to certify the financing and establish the definitive amount of the loan, intended for the purchase of a new home.
