Bolivarian Government evaluated reactivation of Turkish Airlines route at temporary terminals in Maiquetía

The Minister of People's Power for Transportation (MPPT), Francisco Garcés, reported that he held a meeting with the Turkish ambassador to Venezuela, Naci Aydan Karamanoğlu, in which the reactivation of a Turkish Airlines commercial route, scheduled for October 1, was evaluated, departing from the temporary terminals of Simón Bolívar International Airport in Maiquetia, which will operate four weekly frequencies with Boeing 787-9 aircraft.
At the meeting led by Minister Garcés, binational cooperation alliances were also addressed with regard to the progressive recovery of air connectivity between Venezuela and the Asian country, following the seismic events of last June 24.
In addition, the occasion was propitious for the authorities to evaluate the agreements signed between the two nations with the objective of strengthening port mobility in the country.
The Bolivarian Government led by the President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, reaffirms its commitment to strengthening the nation's connectivity with high standards of quality and service for Venezuelans.
