The Bolivarian Government provides immediate attention to people affected by the collapse of a structure in the state of Aragua, where security forces are working to ensure the protection and location of the victims of the earthquakes of last June 24.
The governor of the entity, Joana Sánchez, reported that since the beginning of the emergency, the Firefighters, Civil Protection (PC), the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB) and the VEN 911 Aragua system have been deployed, who work tirelessly on the site.
The collapse of the structure occurred specifically in Turmero and left affected families who currently receive full time comprehensive assistance, through personalized psychosocial, medical and logistical support.
The regional president indicated that educational centers in the entity have been set up as temporary shelters and collection centers to directly serve those families whose homes have serious or high-risk structural failures.
