Bolivarian Government rehabilitates cancer area at Jesús María Casal Ramos Hospital

The Government of the Portuguese State announced the rehabilitation of the operating room of the Oncology Unit of the Jesús María Casal Ramos hospital, in Acarigua-Araure.

The information was provided by Portuguesa's first fighter, María Gabriela Gil de Cedeño, who explained that the area will be reactivated after a repair process that will make it possible to adapt the facilities for the surgical care of patients with cancer.

Through a press release, the government asserted that the works began this Monday, January 15, with the joint investment of the national, regional and local Bolivarian Government. “We came to keep the committed word of Governor Primitivo Cedeño,” he said.

Namely, the surgical area of the Casal Ramos Oncology Unit will be repaired and restructured, to improve the care of cancer patients in Portuguesa and to continue to make progress in the comprehensive rehabilitation of the main healthcare center in the northern part of the state.
