The National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC), reopened its doors at the Caribe Comprehensive User Service Center (CIAU), located in the Caraballeda parish of the state of La Guaira.
During the event, the General Marketing Manager, Valentina Alzuarde, highlighted the investments and actions underway to optimize care, also highlighting the mystique of the company's public servants: “This reopening demonstrates the spirit of our workers, who with years of experience in the institution maintain a deep sense of belonging, respect and identity with the company. The infrastructure, which suffered severe damage after the double earthquake recorded on June 24, was comprehensively intervened through the efforts of the Workforce itself with the institution's own resources, including the remodeling and adaptation of areas of care and commercial management.
For his part, the state manager of Marketing in La Guaira, Oswaldo Oduber, expressed his gratitude for making it possible to reopen after overcoming the moments experienced in the month of June, recognizing the commitment, daily sacrifice and roots of the staff: “I am very grateful to the workers for their support, dedication and demonstrated sense of belonging. This achievement is the result of the own efforts of a team that doesn't give up.”
The CIAU Caribe will facilitate the processing of service requirements, data updating, contract service and comprehensive commercial advice for residential users and large users of the central coast. The facilities will operate Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
