Plan Venezuela Renace maintains attention to those affected by earthquakes

The Venezuela Renace Plan continues to provide comprehensive care for families affected by the double earthquake of last June 24, with medical services, the delivery of new housing and the rehabilitation of homes and hospitals in the impacted areas.

In the health area, it maintains the deployment of medical care in temporary camps and in affected communities, with specialized consultations, vaccination, epidemiological control and the supply of medications. In addition to this work, international and non-governmental organizations are cooperating with the Venezuelan State in primary care.

In terms of housing, the National Government has delivered 709 new homes and has rehabilitated more than 1,800 homes through the Venezuela Renace Plan. Authorities maintain the goal of delivering 4,000 homes before the end of the year, as part of the response to families who lost their homes.
