Bolivarian Government verifies the progress of the Photovoltaic Solar Park in Mérida

From El Vigía, Mérida state, national and regional authorities are monitoring the progress of the Photovoltaic Solar Park. The project constitutes a fundamental axis for the energy infrastructure of the west of the country and seeks to strengthen the stability of the regional electricity system.
The infrastructure has a clean generation capacity of more than 50 MW and totals 98,068 interconnected solar panels. The project provides clean energy directly to the national electricity distribution grid. In this way, the execution of this solar plant makes it possible to optimize the continuity and quality of service for users in the region.
