The Bolivarian Government will carry out comprehensive rehabilitation of the Divina Pastora Museum, among other works, in the historic center of Santa Rosa, said the mayor of the Iribarren municipality in Lara state, Luis Jonás Reyes Flores.
In this regard, through the social network X, Reyes reported that the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, approved 28 million 500 thousand bolivars “to meet some requirements that have arisen from the church, the community and our infrastructure team.”
He also explained that the set of comprehensive rehabilitation works of the aforementioned historic center is part of the tourist route “Iribarren Twilight Pastora de la Fe”, which are carried out by the Municipal Infrastructure and Environmental Conservation Company (EMICA), the Metropolitan Transportation and Transit Authority (AMTT) and the Barquisimeto Tourism Corporation (CORTUBAR).
In addition, he indicated that an asphalt plan is planned along the entire route of the image during the procession, which extends a little more than seven kilometers, and in the adjacent points that guide the road from Santa Rosa to the Metropolitan Cathedral of Barquisimeto.
He added that the acquisition of materials will continue to be able to begin the recovery of the roof of the Cathedral, located on Venezuela Avenue. “For us it is a pleasure to work hand in hand and with the Church, in order to embellish the religious tourist route of our city. I also want to thank President Nicolás Maduro for all the support provided,” he said.
