During
his Con El Mazo Dando program No. 567 , the Secretary General
of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV),
Diosdado Cabello Rondón, highlighted how 24 years ago the People took to the streets to rescue Commander Hugo Chávez,
following the coup d'etat,
attempted by sectors of the opposition, the media, religious and
businessmen in the country.
“The People organized themselves asking for Hugo Chávez to return (...) And just as that people went out to look for Chávez, new victories will come,” he said, stressing that those who today are asking for sanctions and attacks against the Homeland are the same people who tried to carry out a coup d'etat Commander Chavez.

He specified
that the opposition has always felt a strong contempt for the People and has
never been able to take responsibility for anything. “In truth they are cowards, they never assume anything
(...) these people hate our people, they hate them! (...) And they are big
irresponsible people and that's how they will be for life,” he said.
With
regard to the events of April 11, 12 and 13, he pointed out that the
revolutionary forces are obliged to remind history of those opposition sectors
that do not like to be pointed out to them what they are capable of doing. “They don
't care about anything within their ambition,” he said.
“But the bad guy was (Hugo) Chávez because he didn't let himself be knocked down, the bad guy was Nicolás (Maduro) because he didn't let himself be knocked down. Are we the bad guys? Why? Good because we don't let ourselves be knocked down,” he said, noting that the opposition has never accepted the crimes they have committed against the people.

When the People organize, there is no one
to stop them
Recalling the coup d'etat against Commander Chávez, 24
years ago, Cabello emphasized that that day is a great demonstration that “when a
people organize, there is no one to stop it, there is no turning back, there is no way”.
He emphasized that those days, “the People surpassed the leadership, the People took the lead and the leaders had to stay on the side of the People. The great collective leader was greater than any individual leadership,” he added.

In that
sense, he honored the people who took to the streets on April
13, 2002. “Honor and glory to those who were there on the front line with
the soldiers of the Fatherland!” , he said, stressing that the Venezuelans
who took to the streets were the great heroes of that day.
He also praised the courage of figures who stood firm in the defense of the Constitution, such as Isaías Rodríguez, Germán Mundaraín, Clodosbaldo Russián, Adina Bastidas, Aristobulo Isturiz, Nicolás Maduro, Cilia Flores, and others. “Very courageous people, extremely courageous, who stood up and took to the streets,” he said.

The Commander achieved the cog between the
People and the FANB
The revolutionary
leader affirmed that it was Commander Chávez
who achieved the perfect cog in the union between the People and the Bolivarian National
Armed Forces (FANB).
“That's where we
began to see the result of the civic-military union that the Commander was talking about,
for the first time,” he said, recalling April 13, 2002.
He recalled
that on “4F and 27N we went out alone, the People didn't go out with us
(...) and before that the Town had left on February 27 and 28 and the
Armed Forces didn't go out with the People. But in April 2002, Commander
Chávez achieved the link between Pueblo and FANB.”
For this reason, he reaffirmed the importance of monolithic unity to continue advancing and consolidating the Bolivarian Revolution, in the face of attacks. At the same time, he exalted that with the Commander this “Town went from being separated in a corner, to being the protagonist of its own destiny”.

The extreme right has always known that Nicolás won the elections
The also sectoral vice-president of Politics, Citizen
Security and Peace assured that the Venezuelan extreme right “have known all
their lives that Nicolás Maduro won the elections” on July 28.
“Do you want elections? So Nicolás
is indeed President, because the one who won the elections was Nicolás.
So why do you, gentlemen opponents, say that you have an
elected president, the “Inmundo” González? What are you going to do with that
man?” , he questioned.
He stressed that even the opposition sectors themselves label the political actions
of their leaders as absurd and incoherent, since today they are
asking for elections, but until not long ago they assured that Edmundo González was the elected president.
At the same time, he ironized the fate of the defeated candidate after being rejected by extremism. “They're not going to send them to us to Venezuela, no, no sir, they're leaving him in Spain. No, he's going to send us that package this way. He left here as president-elect, you'll see what they do with him,” he satirized.

Sectors of the right go out to march to generate chaos and make a show
The also Minister of People's Power for
Internal Relations, Justice and Peace assured that sectors of the right, in truth, go out to march only to generate chaos and make a show.
“We went out to march on Monday the 13th, to celebrate when Commander Chávez returned; they (the right) didn't come out to celebrate anything, how strange! They made the call, but not to march, it was to generate chaos, for the photo and the video,” he said.

He reiterated that this is the action of the right. “They are the same. There
is no variation of any kind there. They didn't get the photo they wanted, they put on
a lady to put on a really cool show, they just dropped the show and they
already took it off the networks,” he said.
He also regretted the attacks against female police officers during
the call for the opposition. “I regret that female
police officers were injured and assaulted by men. They made their complaint to the
Public Prosecutor's Office and the videos were posted showing how they were being mistreated,” he said.
He recalled that they always come out to destroy, referring to when Henrique Capriles Radonski called the streets in 2013 and left the balance of 11 compatriots dead, including two children in the state of Zulia.

“They were two children, so that's why you would be paying
penance all your life. If you ask for an investigation to be reopened into what
happened, they declare themselves politically persecuted; so what are they? Dead
politicians? For us they are our martyrs and we carry them and remember them
every time we can,” he said and specified that they also raided Comprehensive Diagnostic Centers
(CDI), mayoral offices, schools and communal rooms.
For this reason, he assured that while the opposition promotes violence and destabilization, when “we march and everything is joy, peace, singing”, so he reaffirmed that Chavism will continue to mobilize in the streets of the country, “no one is going to condition us that”.
