The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, pointed out that some sectors of the opposition went out to march but not with peaceful plans, their plan was to generate destabilization, violence.
“They know that they didn't go out to march, they went out to create riots. They expected another photo, another shot, another video for their narrative, but they didn't have it,” said Cabello Rondón, during the regular press conference of the National Directorate of the PSUV.
In this regard, Cabello Rondón questioned the veracity of the incidents reported by the opposition, pointing out the lack of evidence in a digital age: “Right now everyone charges a phone. They say it happened, but there's no recording. They fall to coba themselves.”
He recalled that legally amnesties refer to past events, not to future crimes. “The game is zero to zero,” he emphasized, referring to the event that a new violent action occurs again, which will be prosecuted in accordance with the Law.
The general secretary of the PSUV ratified the unity between the party and the Bolivarian Government to advance the country's economic and social recovery, and he also called on the militancy to remain mobilized: “Nothing and no one is going to take us off our path.”
