Diosdado Cabello Rondón asserted that with the arrival of the Bolivarian Revolution, education has been guaranteed to the Venezuelan people.

“The State began to guarantee studies to Venezuelans in the Bolivarian Revolution,” emphasized the general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV).

“That's right now that a boy or girl is graduating from high school and has a guaranteed university seat, this Venezuelan State guarantees it. It wasn't like that before, in Los Pueblos there were no high schools. Now almost everyone has a high school,” he said.

In this regard, during his Con El Mazo Dando program, on broadcast number 582, he recalled that as a child he had to get up at 4:30am every day to travel from El Furrial to Maturín to study.

“That of equal conditions and opportunities, but there must be a guarantee of study,” he said.

In this context, Cabello commented to the youth present in the program, “you have no idea of the number of young people who killed (in the First Fifth Republic) in this country just to ask for a place in the university.”
