Cabello: The energy of the PSUV is focused on responding to the People

The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, reaffirmed this Monday that the red curtain is focused on responding to the People and not to those who are desperate to disqualify or try to seek any provocation.

“The PSUV is a different party from traditional parties. Everyone here knows what they have to do, here are the things that every member of our party knows they can do (...) Those who are desperate to respond to them, here no one answers them. Let's not waste time on that, let's not waste energy. Our energy has to be focused on giving a better response to our people every day, that is our fundamental task,” he said during the press conference.

He also urged those who are looking for leadership to really take to the streets to work for Venezuelans. “I want to see them working on the street, serving real people and not talking gamelotes,” he said.

He assured that this is not the first time that they have tried, from various sectors, to attack or talk about the party.

“We have lived that story many times. And the party has remained solid, firm, united, as it has been maintained over the years and will continue to be maintained,” he said, while recognizing all the structures for their daily efforts to carry out the tasks entrusted to them.
