Chancellor Gil received Style Copies from Suriname's new designated Ambassador to Venezuela

The Minister of People's Power for Foreign Affairs, Yván Gil, received this Wednesday the Copies of Style as ambassador designated by the Republic of Suriname to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Georgette García Elías.

“On behalf of the Bolivarian Government, we reaffirm our commitment to strengthening bilateral ties and to continue building cooperation agreements in the diplomatic, economic, commercial and cultural spheres,” said the Venezuelan Foreign Minister on his Telegram channel.

The bilateral relationship between Venezuela and Suriname has been characterized by maintaining close ties, seeking to consolidate long-standing strategic alliances. Both countries have promoted a common agenda of comprehensive development, with an emphasis on the defense of international principles and mutual respect.

The new Ambassador is expected to submit Credentials to the president in charge Delcy Rodríguez to finish formalizing her accreditation.
