CNE began training for board members for the Second National Popular Consultation 2026

The National Electoral Council (CNE) began this Monday and will extend until October 16, the process of training table members for the Second National Popular Consultation 2026.

As reported by the Venezuelan News Agency (AVN), the organization indicated that citizens elected as board members or members of the electoral commission of the communal circuit must comply with virtual training to obtain mandatory accreditation.

The first step is to enter the ECAP system through the link enabled for this purpose, and the second is to review the system manual to complete the registration.

For additional inquiries, the CNE has set up the telephone number 0800-VOTEMOS (0800-8683667), through which those selected can answer any questions about the process.
