Death toll from a magnitude 7.6 earthquake in Japan rose to 73

This Wednesday, Japanese authorities reported that the death toll, due to the earthquake recorded on January 1 of magnitude 7.6 in the town of Ishikawa, increased to 73.
In this regard, local media reported that 39 deaths were reported in the city of Wajima, 23 in the city of Suzu, 5 in Nanao, 2 in Anamizu, 2 in Noto, one in Hakui and the other in Shiga.
According to the authorities of the Asian country, more replicas of this natural phenomenon are expected.
According to what was published on the TELESUR web portal, nearly 1,000 troops have been deployed in the area to treat those affected, authorities assured that they will double the staff in order to speed up these tasks.
