Delcy Rodríguez for the rescue of two people in La Guaira: When hope is in the heart, nothing can stop it!

The president in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, reported, through her Instagram account, the courageous rescue of two people who were under the rubble in the state of La Guaira.

The first rescue shown by the president is that of an 11-year-old boy in Caraballeda. The second is that of the lady identified as Belkys Barreto, who went there and pulled out of the rubble alive.

“When hope is in the heart, nothing can stop it!” , said the president.
