Delcy Rodríguez thanks Argentina and Qatar for solidarity and sending rescuers

The President in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, expressed her deep gratitude to the international community for the humanitarian assistance and technical support provided to the country to address the housing and rescue emergency caused by recent seismic events.

Through her official Telegram channel, the president in charge extended a special message of recognition to the Government of Argentina, led by President Javier Milei, as well as to the citizens of that nation for expressing their support in a timely manner to join rescue tasks in the most vulnerable areas.

“Thanks to the President of Argentina, Javier Milei, and to the Argentine people, for their solidarity and support at this difficult time. We value their support and commitment to accompany us in the rescue and assistance efforts of affected families,” said the president in charge of the digital platform.

Rodríguez also welcomed the arrival of contingents from the Middle East, highlighting the incorporation of specialized equipment and shipments of essential supplies sent by the State of Qatar to strengthen the service fronts deployed in the national territory.

“Welcome to Qatar! Thank you for joining the response efforts with humanitarian aid and rescue teams, to support families who need it today,” he emphasized.

The National Executive confirms the reception and coordination of the international aid that continues to arrive in the country, joining the efforts of State security forces, firefighters, paramedics and volunteer brigade members to stabilize the affected regions.
