Delcy Rodríguez: There can be no economic growth without taking into account the well-being of workers

Upon receiving the march for the 24th Anniversary of the Rescue of National Dignity, held this Monday, April 13 in Caracas, the president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, highlighted the installation of the National Dialogue Table for Labor and Social Consensus.

He pointed out that this initiative has the participation of unions of various political types, who asked “that there be a single trench, which responds to the interests of the workers of Venezuela, that there be no meanness of any kind.”

The president in charge indicated that during the meeting she expressed to the private sector their responsibilities and their role in economic growth, which must be with social justice. “There can be no economic growth without taking into account the well-being of Venezuelan workers,” he emphasized.

He said that economic growth “has to be balanced, it has to be accompanied and that dialogue seeks precisely understanding, that we agree on the basic concept of policies and the world of work.”
