After the delivery of new rehabilitated homes in Caracas,
affected by the earthquakes of last June 24, this Monday the president of
the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, highlighted her satisfaction with the return of many families to their homes, after having stayed in the temporary camps set up
by
the Executive.
“When you return home, when we give a
home to those who are in the camp, that is our happiness, because I know
how painful it has been for our people what we have suffered and suffered with
the double earthquake of June 24,” said the president from the
Ruperto Lugo sector, where three buildings were recovered.
It also provided financing to 35 condominiums, to
benefit approximately 14,000 people. “The button has already been pushed for funding
to arrive and we can rehabilitate buildings, houses, together.
This is a joint effort, in national union.”
In this regard, Rodríguez pointed out that “it's not about
politics, about parties, it's about being with the people with their pain, with their
needs, with their aspirations, with their dreams. We also have dreams to
fulfill. So I congratulate those who are benefiting from both the Venezuela Renace
Plan and the Financing Plan for condominium meetings.
We are still working,” he emphasized.
