Diosdado Cabello recalled that during the Fourth Republic, crimes by the State against young people who embraced revolutionary causes were not investigated.
During his program Con el Mazo Dando, the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, recalled that some martyrs were killed at the hands of State security agencies and related armed groups, however, there are no people sanctioned for this.
He highlighted that many of these crimes were reported by journalist José Vicente Rangel, who embraced the defense of the persecuted, murdered and their families.
