FANB advances preparation of Plan República 2024

The Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) maintains a wide operational deployment from the Orinoco Delta to Falcón state to combat criminal groups dedicated to drug trafficking, human trafficking and illegal mining, said the Strategic Operational Commander of the FANB, G/J Domingo Hernández Lárez.

In a video released through the X account of the Minister of Defense, G/J Vladimir Padrino López, he also explained that the military institution is preparing to assume the commitment to carry out the Republic Plan on July 28.

For his part, the head of the defense portfolio reported that this Thursday the Expanded Superior General Staff of the FANB met to study different issues for the comprehensive defense of the nation, in addition to everything related to operational deployment for the upcoming elections.

Padrino López also congratulated CEOFANB for all its efforts to end illegal mining in the country.
