FANB destroyed 16 engines used for illegal mining in La Paragua

The Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) detected and destroyed, in La Paragua National Park, 16 engines used for illegal mining in this protected area.

This was reported by the strategic operational commander of the FANB, G/J Domingo Hernández Lárez, who explained that these artifacts, together with other logistical materials used for the depredation of the environment, were found buried in a “cove”.
