FANB destroyed 4400 liters of fuel from illegal miners

Four thousand 400 liters of fuel hidden in a “logistics cove” of illegal miners were detected and destroyed by officials of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB).

According to the strategic operational commander of the FANB, G/J Domingo Hernández Lárez, this fuel was hidden, in 20 containers of 220 liters each, on the banks of the Orinoco River in the state of Amazonas.

Through his account on the social network X, the senior military officer explained that the aforementioned action is framed in Operation Fog 2024 carried out by the military institution in Amazonas to combat criminal groups dedicated to the depredation of the environment.
