FANB destroyed illegal mining camp in Amazonas

Members of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) detected in the state of Amazonas, during patrolling and searching, a camp used for illegal mining, reported the strategic operational commander of the FANB, G/J Domingo Hernández Lárez.

Through a message posted on his account on the social network X, the senior military officer explained that five clandestine structures for illegal mining were detected in the aforementioned space; A structure used for land degradation; A motor bomb.

“Mining activities are prohibited in the state of Amazonas in accordance with the Constitution and other laws in force,” said Hernández Lárez.
