Grand Zonal Junior Baseball Championship 2024 will be held at stadiums in Valles del Tuy

From January 13 to February 11, the different stadiums of Valles del Tuy in Miranda will host the Great Minor Baseball Zone 2024, with the participation of more than 500 players.

According to a press release from the Government of Miranda, the participants are from the categories Training, Infant A, Children AAA and Youth AAA, they will represent the six municipalities of the axis.

The mayor of the Paz Castillo municipality, Víctor González, made the announcement and extended an invitation to all baseball fans to attend the stadiums to support their favorite teams.

“The municipalities of Independencia, Simón Bolívar, Cristóbal Rojas, Rafael Urdaneta, Tomás Lander and Paz Castillo will participate in the championship. Come, accompany and support your teams. I invite you to appreciate the best baseball in the world, children's baseball. I remind them that their applause will give the athletes courage and strength,” said González.

For his part, Rolando Pereira, president of the Unified Baseball League, announced that Paz Castillo's ninth will debut this Saturday at 9:00 in the morning, facing Tomás Lander's team in the children's A, children's AAA and Training categories. These exciting matches will take place at the Las Tuyerias stadium.

Pereira also reported that after this first confrontation, Paz Castillo's team will travel to the Tomás Lander municipality on Sunday to face the host team again.
