Head of State announces creation of the Great Venezuela Youth Mission

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, announced the creation of the Venezuelan Youth Bolivarian Mission and whose Chief of Staff will be Deputy Genesis Garvett. This was reported in the presentation of his Annual Message to the Nation from the National Assembly this Monday, January 15.

“I announce the activation of a new generation Great Mission in February (...) it has already been prepared, designed and planned for launch. This is the Great Venezuela Youth Mission to go for young people, support them in their entrepreneurship, right to sports, to culture, to accompany them in the neighborhood, community, give them opportunities and unite all the experience we have to serve this sector of the population,” he explained.

He specified that “more needs to be done”. He said that our youth were the ones who migrated the most victims of economic genocide, but they have already returned and “we want to serve them”.
