These transformations, he emphasized, can only be realized by the Bolivarian Revolution, “here no one else is going to bring changes that favor the country, the Homeland, the People, that is why today I dare to launch the Plan for 7 T 2030, which is absolutely consistent with our historical process,” he argued.

He added that the 7 T are derived from the combination of the five national consensuses achieved and the five major objectives of the Homeland Plan.

The launch was made by the head of state, in the National Assembly (AN), where he presented the Annual Message to the Nation to the National Parliament, the Public Authorities and the Venezuelan People.

In this sense, he specified that the first T is Economics, which aims at the modernization of production methods and techniques to achieve economic diversification, incorporated in the new export model.

It also includes the safeguarding and development of Guiana Essequiba.

When referring to the fourth T, he pointed to the Social aspect, in order to accelerate the recovery of the Welfare State, Missions and Great Missions in a strategy that, at the same time, consolidates the values of socialism.

As for the fifth, he said that it is about Politics, to advance in the consolidation of direct democracy with republican ethics through a profound process of repoliticization.

Regarding the sixth T, he pointed out that it is Ecological, aimed at adding actions to combat the climate crisis, to promote awareness and protect the people from environmental impact, as well as to safeguard the Amazon and natural reserves from the voracity of capitalism.

The seventh, he said, is the insertion and leadership of Venezuela in the new world configuration. This T proposes the reconstruction of Latin American and Caribbean integration, strengthening the BRICS and advancing strategic alliances with emerging countries to contribute to the birth of the multipolar and pluricentric world.
