The Vinotinto U20 Beach Soccer achieved a historic performance after beating Colombia 4-3 and taking third place on the podium in the South American category, held in Lima, Peru.

The national team had to recover from Colombia's first blow with a goal against Fernando Rivero, at 09'41”. Vinotinto de Playa reacted quickly through César Pinto who equalized the score at 06'30”.
