- On the occasion of the decision of the board of the Democratic Unity Bureau (MUD) to burn the electoral material of the opposition's primary elections, in February 2012, Commander Hugo Rafael Chávez Frías denounced them as actions that, “from every ethical and political point of view, are inexcusable”.
- The flag bearer of the extreme right, Henrique Capriles Radonski, was preparing, at that time, a scenario similar to the events of April 11, 2002.
- The incineration of voting books constitutes an electoral crime, a fraud that expresses the lack of transparency that characterizes the processes and internal accounting of the Venezuelan opposition. All of this reflected the retrograde spirit of its leaders, always acting outside the law.
- Numerical inconsistencies and the lack of internal controls to quantify the participation of their followers were evident. Equally open, countless questions emerged that were never clarified by the directors of the MUD.
- Once again, the calculations and announcements given by the opposition were “unauditable”, worthy of any credit, because their leaders incinerated the documents containing the data from those internal primaries.
