The invitation is to make the reports through WhatsApp messages or SMS, in order to ensure that the service is active 24 hours a day to provide timely assistance to those who need it.

The communication channel is designed to provide quick answers and maintain the confidentiality of the information provided, and thus ensure the comprehensive protection of minors at any time of contingency.
