Inaugurated Course on Rescue Techniques and First Responses to Strengthen the National Risk System

The national commander of the People's Guard of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB), GD Rafael Hernández Aguirre, led the inauguration of the Course on Rescue Techniques and First Responses, taught by Civil Protection instructors.

The course is aimed at 1,261 participants, from the People's Guard, the Youth of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (JPSUV), the National Institute of Land Transportation (INTT) and the General Directorate of Military Counterintelligence (DGCIM), throughout the country.

The initiative aims to strengthen the knowledge of the participants to increase the capacity of the National Risk System to react.

GD Hernández Aguirre was accompanied by the Deputy Minister for Risk Management and Civil Protection, Admiral Oti Paituvi, the deputy to the National Assembly, Grecia Colmenares , and the director of the INTT, Luis Granko.
