The National Institute for Socialist Training and Education (INCES) launched a National Survey of Training Needs in Industry and Commerce, in order to evaluate the requirements for technical profiles in the human talent of public and private companies.

This was reported by the institution through a press release, in which it details that this alternative represents an advance in the joint working relationship between INCES and the country's labor entities. The survey can be filled out by interested parties on the web portal (inces.gob.ve.).

Wuikelman Angel Paredes, president of the institution and vice-minister of Educational Communities and Union with the People, explained that this study is a way of thanking the business sector for its contribution through parafiscal taxes, while seeking to respond to their requirements in the current economic context that Venezuela is experiencing.

“The study seeks to determine the occupations in demand by companies, and based on this information, INCES will be able to program an educational offer that meets these needs. On the one hand, workers who are already active will receive professional updating and technical and technological training that will allow them to perform more efficiently in their occupations. On the other hand, those who wish to enter the labor field may present the credentials acquired through the training provided by the institution to employers,” said Paredes in the information provided from the institution's headquarters.

The results of this study are expected to be released at the end of the first quarter of the year. The INCES also plans to establish communication mechanisms and meetings with business chambers to socialize progress and deepen it if necessary.
