Iribarren City Hall activated eight collection centers (+Lara)

The Mayor's Office of Iribarren Municipality, Lara state,
activated eight collection centers in Barquisimeto to receive supplies and
send aid to families who were affected by this Wednesday's earthquakes.
According to information published on the Venezolana de Televisión (VTV)
web portal, the mayor, Yanys Agüero,
reported that citizens can bring
non-perishable food, clothing in good condition, diapers for children and adults, drinking water, personal hygiene
items, medicines and first aid material to these venues.
Specifically, it became known
that the reception points activated by the municipal government are the
Municipal Palace, located on 25th Street and Carrera 17; the headquarters of the
Municipal Institute for Social Development (IMDES) on Armed Forces Avenue; the
headquarters of IMDES Norte at the entrance to Via El Trapiche and the
Municipal Children's Foundation, located on Venezuela Avenue and 30th Street.
“In addition, the yellow warehouses 2A-11 of Mercabar are operational in Industrial Zone III (Moyetones Avenue); the headquarters of Comdibar in Industrial Zone II; the Bicentennial Fair Complex of Barquisimeto, and the Central Fire Station of the Iribarren municipality on Carabobo Avenue in the central-western city,” he said.
