The president of the National Assembly, Jorge Rodríguez, this Wednesday, July 8, issued updated official information after the national emergency in the country due to the double earthquake that affected different states of the country, but mainly La Guaira and Caracas.

“We present to the country the official balance sheet for this Wednesday, July 8:3,811 dead and 16,740 injured. We highlight the rescue of 6,462 people and the care of 86,794 families. The entire political high command remains deployed, with firmness and absolute commitment to serving our people,” said Rodríguez, during a virtual meeting with the temporary camps led by President (e) Delcy Rodríguez.
