The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, warned the extremist national and international
right that if something were to happen to him, “the long hand
of the Bolivarian Revolution” would reach them wherever they are.
During the presentation of his annual message to the nation, the head of
state recalled the different assassination attempts that have been organized against him, while warning that “if you did something to me, you would pay
so dearly that your last names would disappear from this country for 300 years.”
In that sense, he assured that in the face of such a scenario, “the People would know what
to do, our Bolivarian National Armed Forces would know what
to do in the face of your extremist plan, the plans are made and would be
activated immediately and you would regret it for a thousand years; you would not have enough
centuries to repent criminals and the long hand of the Bolivarian Revolution would reach you wherever you hide in Colombia
, in Miami,
in Madrid, the long hand of the Bolivarian Revolution would arrive”.
The head of state took the opportunity to highlight the work of “all intelligence and counterintelligence bodies, especially the DGIM, SEBIN and the S P3 ( Popular System of Protection for Peace) for everything they always do and for what they did in these cases. I congratulate the supreme loyalty of officers of our Bolivarian National Armed Forces, which is the greatest strength and antidote we have to always cover us year after year.”
