Minister Cabello announces increase in the number of security personnel in La Guaira: Tomorrow we will have 11,500

The Minister of People's Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, assured that starting this Friday, June 26, the number of security officers deployed in La Guaira will increase, from 4,200 to 11,500, in order to guarantee peace in this entity affected by the 7.2 and 7.5 earthquakes recorded this Wednesday.

“The comrade president in charge Delcy Rodríguez gave us the instruction to increase the number of officials dedicated to citizen security, and starting this Friday we are going to increase the number of men and women dedicated to security to 11,500,” she said.

He pointed out that these officials belong to the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB), the Bolivarian Militia, the National Police and the rest of the State security agencies deployed to guarantee peace and that there are no problems in the affected areas.
